Abstract

Diabetic osteoarthropathy is rare but an extremely severe complication of diabetes mellitus, with inadequate treatment leading to irreversible disability. it complication can be called one of the most mysterious forms of diabetic syndrome feet, as to predict the development of PDA and highlight risk groups among patients it is extremely difficult with SD. With this complication diabetes, there are doctors of different specialties - surgeons, endocrinologists, orthopedic traumatologists, but it is far from always recognized and correctly assessed in time
