Abstract

The study showed that in patients with anemia that developed on the background of chronic heart failure and diabetic nephropathy observed disruption of the transport iron pool in an adequately fund deposited iron. In patients with chronic heart failure and diabetic nephropathy presence of anemia characterized by the absence of elements of absolute iron deficiency, but there are signs of relative ferro-deficiency.
