STATE OF THROMBOCYTE-COAGULATION HEMOSTASIS IN RATS UNDER INFLUENCE OF METABOLITES OF SUCCINIC ACID DERIVATIVES

It was found that metabolites of the first phase of biotransformation of anti-diabetic agent —
succinc acid derivative act on the various links in thrombocyte and coagulation hemostasis. The
2-hydroxyphenilsuccinamide (2-HPSA) under subchronic administration causes the inhibition of the
fibrin forming that may be a sign of anticoagulant activity of the compound. Another metabolite —
β-phenylethylsuccinamide (β-PESA) is able to enhance aggregation of thrombocytes and increase the
potential for blood coagulation. Both metabolites influence the out-vascular blood clotting mechanism.
Detected activity manifestations 2-HPSA and β-PESA hemostatic effects may define the hemostasial
effects of the drug with the anti-coagulation properties.
