Abstract

The combined effect of environmental factors such as smoking and reducing of calories, at the mother during pregnancy leads to the birth of rats with reduced weight, which is inherent in the inhibition of somato-sexual development in the period from birth to puberty, negative changes in the dynamics of development and formation of the hormone producing elements of the thyroid glands of offspring. At the same time expression and direction of structural responses have gender differences: the most expressive structural changes observed in female offspring of stressing mothers. Distant negative changes in the thyroid system offspring of mothers exposed to tobacco intoxication and reduced supply can be the etiopathogenetic basis of thyreopathologies development at later stages of ontogenesis.
