Abstract

In the result of the study it was revealed the attenuation of endothelium dilation in patients with type 1 diabetes with microangiopathy, ill since childhood and young adults with obesity. It was found that weakening endothelium dilation with type 1 diabetes with microangiopathy associated with hyperglycemia and dyslipidemia. In young obese patients the attenuation of endothelium dilation is associated with body mass index, an indicator of insulin resistance and lipid metabolism. Detect changes point to the development of endothelial dysfunction in patients with type 1 diabetes with microangiopathy, ill since childhood and young people with obesity, as well as its possible factors.
