Abstract

It was investigated the influence of nanoparticles SeO2 and GdVO4 on spermogram of adult male rats with an experimental violation of reproductive function. The adult male rats that were under emotional stress and excess intake of phytoestrogens during milk suckling were given nanoparticles SeO2 or GdVO4 with feed during 70 days. The increase of sperm concentration and the number of their normal forms, improving functional characteristics were found in both cases. The nanoparticles that was investigated, are promising compounds to restore neonatal impaired reproductive function.
