Abstract

The fundamental role of Melatonin (MT), its precursor - L-tryptophan and other indolamines in human and animal organism, attracts the postponial attention of these substances and, in particular, to further study and the origin of a new direction of new biologically synthesis. active substances (bar) on the basis of MT and other spectacular structures in order to find new libraries and studying fundamental files, such as biorhythms, starting, neuro-humoral regulation, apoptosis to [1]. The presentation is an attempt to conduct the classification of structural analogues of MT and systematization of the functions of the faraco properties of MT and close to it by the action or structure of synthetic compounds, known as its analogues, to release the dependence of the dependence of the biological activity of the defined classes of the compounds from their structure.
