FEATURES OF DYSLIPOPROTEINEMIA IN TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS PATIENTS WITH PRIOR MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION

Abstract

he article presents the results of a study of lipid metabolism in postmyocardial infarction patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. It was identified atherogenic dyslipoproteinemia characterized by a decrease in high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and its protein apolipoprotein A-1, moderate hypertriglyceridemia, increased levels of low-density lipoprotein, very low-density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein B. The study was found that the combination of postinfarction cardiosclerosis and type 2 diabetes mellitus observed deeper lipid metabolism changes than in isolated during disease. The data shows that the change in indexes such as triglycerides, very low-density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein B is largely determined by the influence of diabetes.
