Abstract

The carried out research testifies to the efficiency of the use of the functional product Blueberry paste LiQberry in the complex of standard therapy of varying degrees of violations of carbohydrate metabolism, namely, a significant decrease in GHC, GCDR, amplitude of glycemia and HbA1c.

There is a positive effect on the lipid metabolism (ZHC, TG, LDLNCH, LDL, cholesterol), and the functional state of the liver. A decrease in the manifestations of insulin resistance, namely, an increase in the sensitivity of tissues to insulin according to ІРІ and НОМА-ІР.

 Improved the condition of the fundus and blood pressure. Reduction of fat body mass and increase in fat-free and active cell mass in the examined patients indicated improvement of metabolic parameters in the body, primarily reduction of local inflammation in adipose tissue.

 These results indicate the need for further study of the positive properties of the functional product Blueberry paste LiQberry in patients with endocrinopathies and metabolic disorders, and the positive effect of its use in daily clinical practice.
