It was found that on the 5th day of life in the male offspring of father PE testosterone spike decreases and in reproductive age increases the estradiol level, the fertility decreased in half, but without change of semen characteristics. The data indicate that an excess of estrogen-like substances in the diet of male-father can affect on the reproductive function of their offspring. In offspring of PE fathers after additional phytoestrogenization in dairy period were found more expressed disorders of fertility, functional characteristics of sperm and hyperestrogenemia than after additional phytoestrogenization of intact father offspring. It was concluded that phytoestrogenization of father increase the sensitivity of male offspring to influence of the PE during critical periods of development.</p> ER -
