It was found that acute period of Q-myocardial infarction in patients with metabolic syndrome is associated with a decrease in serum insulin-like growth factor and activation of a range of neurohormonal and immunoinflammatory factors: C-reactive protein, interleukin-1α, interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor-α, endothelin-1, plasminogen activator inhibitor-1, which have close correlations with the components of the metabolic syndrome.</p> ER -
