A total of 100 patients (45 men) aged (55,9 ± 2,15 years) with diabetes type 2, obesity and arterial hypertension were enrolled in study. Patients with the type of diurnal blood pressure rhythm dipper, had abdominal type of obesity with a total amount of AT 6 45 % of the total body weight and moderate fasting hyperglycemia, and the level of immunoreactive insulin in the normal range. Patients with type diurnal blood pressure rhythm over-dipper, characterized by severe degree of obesity (BMI &gt; 38 kg/m2 ), total amount of adipose tissue &gt; 45 % of total body weight, had moderate fasting hyperglycemia and low fasting insulin. Patients with the type diurnal blood pressure rhythm non-dipper characterized by abdominal obesity with a total mass of adipose tissue, 6 45 % of total body weight, poor glycemic control of diabetes and hyperglycemic state together with hyperinsulinemia. Patients with diurnal blood pressure rhythm of night-peaker characterized by severe degree of obesity with a total amount of adipose tissue &gt; 45 % of total body weight, poor glycemic control on background hyperinsulinemia. Associated with the different types of diurnal blood pressure rhythm impaired carbohydrate metabolism, disturbances of adipose tissue amount and its distribution can be considered as unfavorable prognostic factors for the cardiovascular system in patients with type 2 diabetes, obesity and arterial hypertension.</p> ER -
