There were examined 320 patients with EH stage II, grade 2 and type 2 diabetes moderate, subcompensated; 90 patients with EH stage II, grade 2 without type 2 diabetes and 31 healthy individuals. It was found<br>that genetic polymorphism of AGTR1 gene is associated with the development of comorbidity of EH and DM2.<br>A1166C gene polymorphism of AGTR1 affects the severity of carbohydrate disorders in EH as the presence and<br>absence of DM2, and is associated with the difference of adipokines levels only in comorbidity of EH and DM2.</p> ER -
