It was established a significant increase in leptin and triglyceride levels in group of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. These indicators can be used as prognostic factors for the pathology risk assessment. Discriminant analysis with calculation of sensitivity, specificity, prognostic value of the positive and negative results and the accuracy index was conducted. It has been developed the diagnostic model for the identification of individuals with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease development risk among the type 2 diabetic patients based on the combined pattern of triglyceridemia and leptinemia, which will improve the quality of diagnosis and forming groups for preventive therapy.</p> ER -
