At 67.7 % of the data were obtained that suggest pheochromocytoma before surgery. In 83.8 %<br>their functional activity was manifested by hemodynamic disorders in «response» to surgical manipulations.<br>Significant radiation signs characteristic of pheochromocytoma include: high density, inhomogeneity of the<br>structure with the presence of cystic cavities of different sizes, high signal intensity on T2 weighted images. If<br>the patient has pheochromocytoma, endovideoscopic adrenalectomy is a choice operation, as it allows to significantly minimizing hemodynamic disorders in the form of uncontrolled hypertension</p> ER -
