PY - 2020/03/03 Y2 - 2024/03/29 TI - FEATURES OF CLINICAL SYMPTOMS OF PSYCHOENDOCRINE SYNDROME IN PATIENTS WITH DISORDERS OF THYROID HORMONE EXCHANGE JF - Problems of Endocrine Pathology JA - PEP VL - 71 IS - 1 SE - DO - 10.21856/j-PEP.2020.1.12 UR - https://www.jpep.endocrinology.org.ua/index.php/1/article/view/132 SP - 89-97 AB - <p>Based on the results of examination of 200 patients of Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Center for Endocrine Surgery, Transplantation of Endocrine Organs and Tissues of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine with impaired metabolism of thyroid hormones in states of decompensation of endocrine pathology: 100 patients with hypothyroidism and 100 patients with hyperthyroidism, a comprehensive assessment of the clinical and psychopathological filling of existing psychoendocrine disorders was carried out. The clinical characteristics of the psychoendocrine syndrome in this category of patients was typologized and presented. The structural components and severity of the clinical and psychopathological features of the investigated syndrome were as follows: in case of hypothyroidism, the patho-affective component was represented by hypothymia with affect of anguish and/or with irritability and sensitivity, the patho-conative component was represented by hypobulia and active negativity, the patho-associative component was represented by precious ideas with paranoia; in hyperthyroidism — the patho-affective component was represented by irritability, emotional lability and anxiety, the patho-conative component was represented by aggression and impulsivity, and the patho-associative component was represented by precious ideas with confrontation. Nose-dependent clinical and psychological differences were found in patients of the study groups in the states of decompensation of endocrine disorders.
