The resection of trachea is considered to be the method of choice under the condition of intraluminal trachea invasion. The socalled «shaving excision» is widely used for the treatment of extraluminary invasion. To decrease the risk of local recurrent of tumour growing after the procedure of «shaving excision» the authors of the article have proposed to use the additional cryodistruction towards the area of trachea invasion as an efficient and safe method of devitalization of microfoci of tumour in trachea wall.
}, number={4}, journal={Problems of Endocrine Pathology}, author={Hulchiy, M.
