It is established that NAFLD is reliable more common in obese and overweight patients (54.5 and 37.5%, respectively) and only in 20.8% of patients with normal body weight. Among patients with type 2 diabetes with normal body weight NAFLD is more common in women, and in overweight and obesity - in men. Patients with type 2 diabetes and NAFLD, regardless of body weight, have abdominal type of adipose tissue deposition. Changes in the size and structure of the pancreas in patients with type 2 diabetes do not depend on changes in body weight and, most likely, develop comorbidly with type 2 diabetes.</span></pre>}, number={4}, journal={Problems of Endocrine Pathology}, author={Kravchun, N.
