It was revealed that 23.6 % of the urban population has a normal body weight, 39.7 % — overweight, 36.7 % — obesity of varying severity. It was proved the necessity to increase the activity and effectiveness of primary prevention interventions aimed to normalization of body weight among men under the age of 45 years and women 45 to 55 years, as well as work on the early detection of pathologies associated with obesity in men and women in these age groups.</p>}, number={1}, journal={Problems of Endocrine Pathology}, author={Misyura, E.
