It was identified atherogenic dyslipoproteinemia characterized by a decrease in high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and its protein apolipoprotein A-1, moderate hypertriglyceridemia, increased levels of low-density lipoprotein, very low-density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein B. The study was found that the combination of postinfarction cardiosclerosis and type 2 diabetes mellitus observed deeper lipid metabolism changes than in isolated during disease. The data shows that the change in indexes such as triglycerides, very low-density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein B is largely determined by the influence of diabetes.</p>}, number={1}, journal={Problems of Endocrine Pathology}, author={Altunina, N.
