Abstract

The estradiol application to male rats leads to suppression of the testis incretory and generative function, showing by decreases of testosterone concentration in blood, negative changes of quantitative and quality indexes of spermatogenesis. Spermatogones are more sensitive to negative action of estrogenization in comparison with cells of serotinal stages of spermatogenesis. Returning to norm of spermogram indexes in a new cycle of a spermatogenesis specifies in convertibility of estrogenization negative consequences
