HYPOLIPIDEMIC AND PLEYOTROPE EFFECTS OF ATORVASTATINE IN WOMEN WITH AUTOIMUNE THYREOIDITE

Lipide, immune and thyreoid statuse in women with autoimmune thyreoidite were studied before, after two month taking of atorvastatin in dose 10 mg/day on the background of adequate thyroid therapy, wich was earlier regulated. It was revealed, that in addition to positive effect on lipide homeostas, atorvastatin have been decreased expression of hypothyreos, corrected cellular link of immune reply. After six months after treatment the pleyotrope effect has been maintained, but lipid homeostasis returned to initial status.
