In the work the authors developed the scale-a questionnaire to identify and assess the severity
of urination disorders symptoms in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with urogenital form
of diabetic autonomic neuropathy. The use of the proposed questionnaire allows not only to increase
the detection rate, but also to assume the form of urination problems.
