Abstract

In the work it is shown that at moderate physical exertion, adrenergic regulation is stimulated with the
corresponding expenditure of energy and the development of physiological hypoxia. The state of hypoxia associated with breathing of increased intensity at the time of transition to physical activity leads to the activation of
mitochondria in tissue cells. Thus, the activation of lipid peroxidation processes is a universal mechanism of the
body's response to stress, due to the impact of various types of physical activity. The changes in the intensity
of oxidative stress and lipid metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and nonalcoholic fatty liver
disease were studied against the background of the proposed schemes of nutrition and physical activity for the
first time introduced 3A regime. A significant decrease in the manifestations of oxidative stress in terms of
lipid peroxidation, improvement of lipid metabolism against the background of compliance with the proposed
dietary regimens and physical exercises for 3A regime were established. Against the background of compliance
with dietary regimens, a decrease in triglycerides and a statistically significant increase in the concentration
of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol have been found, which will contribute to slowing the progression of
pathological changes on the part of the liver from the stage of steatosis to the stage of fibrosis. The expediency of using complex measures in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in combination with
nonalcoholic fatty liver disease is proved, namely, against the background of pathogenetic therapy to apply the
proposed dietary regimens in combination with moderate exercise, certain intensity and a fixed duration. Our
findings confirm that oxidative stress caused by moderate duration and intensity loads can increase the ability
of skeletal muscles to neutralize reactive oxygen species or generate them, thereby providing protection against
oxidative damage.
