It is proved in work that in patients with unstable stenocardia and type 2 diabetes is observed
increase of level of PPAP-A on 31,4 % in comparison with patients without diabetes. It is shown that
PAPP-A level positively correlates with levels of glycosylated hemoglobin and insulin, and also with
the HOMA index that is connected with development and progressing of insulin resistance in patients
with unstable stenocardia and type 2 diabetes. The connects of PAPP-A in blood plasma > 6 MU/l is
an important factor of increase in risk of adverse prognosis of progressing unstable stenocardia with
accompanying type 2 diabetes.
