It was found that these patients is characterized by: lack of reduction in diastolic blood pressure at night-time, increase in the index of hypertension at night, increased variability of diastolic blood pressure at night, increase in blood pressure morning peak. Marked features should be considered when appointing of antihypertensive therapy for this group of patients and for control effectiveness.
