It was examined 50 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and obesity, among which in 10 patients developed recurrent AMI during the first week of illness. It was established that it is advisable to use a model according to the level of copeptin to predict recurrence of AMI in patients with obesity. Combining in model of prognosis of copeptin and troponin I concentration and allows to increase the specificity of 80 % in terms of high sensitivity (80 %). Obtained results on the predictor properties of copeptin and troponin in the ratio of relapse of AMI in patients with obesity can be considered as indicators of recurrence of AMI in patients with accompanying obesity.
