Abstract

As a results of the study, the features of the distribution of the fluid sectors of the body and their relationship with indicators of the body composition, levels of systolic, diastolic, pulse and average blood pressure in obese people, both with and without arterial hypertension, were determined using the example of the middleaged population of Kharkov. It was proved that obese study participants, regardless of their blood pressure level, had a reliable absolute accumulation of total water, total fluid, intracellular and interstitial fluid, circulating blood volume compared to non-obese individuals, even if they had hypertension before. It was shown that in obese patients, both with arterial hypertension and without it, the development of relative dishydria was noted in comparison with persons without obesity. It was found that the development of arterial hypertension in middle-aged urban residents is not accompanied by additional accumulation of water and fluid in the body. It was registered that the absolute accumulation of total water, total fluid, intracellular and interstitial fluid in this category of obese population is primarily associated with an increase in active cell mass, and the development of relative dehydration of the body - with a decrease in the ratio of active cell mass / fat mass. Determined: the level of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in middle-aged urban residents of Ukraine directly reliably depends on the degree of accumulation of fatty cell mass, active cell mass, total water, total fluid, intracellular and interstitial fluid, the volume of circulating blood in the body, but this relationship is sufficient weak. The level of mean arterial pressure in this category of patients is largely related to the degree of accumulation of total water and total fluid.
