The work carried out to study the features of bone mineral density in patients with type 2 diabetes with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. It was revealed that in most of the examined patients there was a decrease in the levels of densitometry indices, at least in one of the two study zones. Patients with a longer duration of type 2 diabetes had a statistically significant decrease in the T-criterion of the lumbar spine. It was established that the de Rytis coefficient has been reduced in comparison with the normative values.
