The article provides data on the diagnostic value of various neuropsychological tests for detecting cognitive deficits in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The study included 101 patients with type 2 diabetes. The state of cognitive functions was determined using standard psychoneurometric tests adjusted for age and educational level. It has been found that for the screening of cognitive impairments in patients with type 2 diabetes, it is best to use the TMT and Stroop Test as having a high incidence of cognitive impairment.
