Abstract

The article have been presents data of the characteristic changes in the submicroscopic architectonics
of Sertoli and Leydig cells after destructive effect of the doxorubicin hydrochloride and possibility correction
of this state by chondroitin sulfate. It was shown that chondroitin sulfate promotes normalization condition
of submicroscopic organization of mitochondria, Sertoli and Leydig cells, the Golgi apparatus. There are
a reconstruction of cells bioenergetics processes and increase processes of piezobiosynthesis, which it leads
to activation of synthetic processes and repair of intracellular structures of animal’s testicles.
