Abstract

In 2007–2017 years in MONICI about low-active and «silent» of pheochromocytomas were operated on
31 patients. At 67.7 % of the data were obtained that suggest pheochromocytoma before surgery. In 83.8 %
their functional activity was manifested by hemodynamic disorders in «response» to surgical manipulations.
Significant radiation signs characteristic of pheochromocytoma include: high density, inhomogeneity of the
structure with the presence of cystic cavities of different sizes, high signal intensity on T2 weighted images. If
the patient has pheochromocytoma, endovideoscopic adrenalectomy is a choice operation, as it allows to significantly minimizing hemodynamic disorders in the form of uncontrolled hypertension
