The efficiency and safety of Cefavora for the treatment of autonomic dysfunction syndrome (VDS) with a violation of thermoregulation in children’s health with persistent viral infections and in children’s health with chronic ENT diseases in the age of 6–12 years was studied. All children were on outpatient observation in Regional Children's Clinical Hospital № 1, Kharkov. In the main groups of patients, Cefavora was prescribed as part of basic therapy for 30 days. A clinical assessment of the patients’ conditions was carried out taking into account the neurological and immune status and assessment of the functional state of the central nervous system. In the dynamics of all patients, neurological and immune status, ultrasound dopplerography (USDG) were evaluated. Patient groups was not differentiated by demographic and clinical indicators. The immunological research program has included the research of the content in the oral secretion of sIgA, IgA, IgG and lysozyme, in the blood serum of the main classes of immunoglobulins, IgE, circulating immune complex (CEC), camplement. It has been shown that Cefavor has a distinct polyvalent effect with minimal side effects. Due to the original selection of components that complement each other, the Cefavor has the ability to comprehensively improve brain, cardiac and peripheral microcirculation; reduce the aggregation of red blood cells, platelets and blood viscosity. The membrane and capillary permeability are stabilized. In the tissues, the processes of oxygen and glucose uptake are stimulated. Normalization of cardiac, cerebral and peripheral circulation is not accompanied by robbery syndrome. Therefore, oxygen supply and metabolism in the tissues of the brain, heart, limbs and internal organs are improved. The data which were received during the study indicate that Cefavor give the possibility to achieve a stable effect with the restoration of the clinical picture and immunoreactivity of children.It has been shown that Cefavora has a distinct polyvalent effect with minimal side effects. This gives reason to recommend Cefavora for the treatment of autonomic dysfunction syndrome with impaired thermoregulation in children’s health.
